Automobile retail
The Automobile division is structured around three activities: marketing of vehicles within the concession network, vehicle rentals and sale of tires, accessories and automotive spare parts, and after-sales service.
THE CONCESSION NETWORK
GBH began marketing vehicles back in 1988 with Renault in Martinique. Today, it distributes Renault and Dacia vehicles in the four overseas departments and Ivory Coast. Since then, the business has constantly expanded, with the distribution of new brands including Toyota in Guadeloupe, Nissan in Martinique, French Guiana and New Caledonia, Hyundai in Guadeloupe, Reunion Island, Mauritius and New Caledonia, Kia in Morocco, in addition to some brands of the Volkswagen group in Guadeloupe and Reunion Island. The Group is also established in Algeria, with Citroën, and in Morocco with Renault Trucks in 2017.

CAR RENTAL
Car rental includes both short-term rentals for tourism, and long-term rentals for professionals and companies. GBH is present in Martinique, Guadeloupe, Sint Marteen, Costa Rica, Reunion Island, Morocco, Ivory Coast and New Caledonia through several international franchises such as Europcar, Hertz and ADA or local brands, including System Lease and Jumbocar.

TYRES, ACCESSORIES AND AFTER-SALES
GBH has developed a tyre retail network mainly with Michelin, which it distributes in Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Reunion Island and New Caledonia. The Group also distributes the Pirelli brand in Algeria and Morocco, and the Bridgestone brand in Martinique, Guadeloupe and French Guiana.

GBH's mass retail division is organised primarily around Carrefour hypermarkets, Mr. Bricolage DIY stores and Decathlon sports stores.

HYPERMARKET – SUPERMARKET
The mass retail division was created in 1981 with the buyout of the Group’s first Monoprix hypermarket in Martinique, which has since become Carrefour. GBH has since continued to develop in the various territories where the Group is established. Today, the Group owns 11 Carrefour stores in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Reunion Island, Martinique and the Dominican Republic. GBH is also established in New Caledonia with Géant, Casino and Leader Price.

GBH operates eight stores under the name Mr. Bricolage in Reunion Island, Guadeloupe and Martinique. The Group also owns the Gamm Vert garden center in Martinique.

Industrial and diversified activities
the Industrial and diversified activities division groups together the rum and food, concrete construction and quarries, fast food and cosmetics activities.
RUM AND FOOD INDUSTRY
In Martinique, GBH produces and markets two prestigious brands of agricultural rum: Clément and J.M, which it exports to Europe, China and the United States. In 2016, the Group also acquired the Saint Lucia Distillers (SLD) rum distillery, which produces and markets the Bounty, Chairman's Reserve, Admiral Rodney and 1931 brands.
In 2023, GBH acquired the only agricultural rum distillery in French Guiana, Rhum Saint-Maurice. Its flagship product is La Belle Cabresse white agricultural rum. The Group has also expanded in England, acquiring White Label Cocktails and Mangrove.
In the food industry, GBH grows bananas in Martinique and, since 2014, in the Ivory Coast. In Martinique, the Group manufactures chocolate under a hundred-year-old local brand, Elot. It also produces and markets Danone dairy products in Reunion Island.

CONCRETE AND QUARRIES
GBH produces ready-mix concrete in Martinique, Guadeloupe and New Caledonia. The Group also exploits materials, pumice and sand quarries. A portion of the production in Martinique is exported to the Caribbean.
FAST FOOD
GBH operates the fast food restaurant chain Brioche Dorée in Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana and Reunion Island.
