Since 2022, GBH has been rolling out the "GBH Career Springboard" programme (known as the "Tremplin Pour l'Emploi GBH" locally), a professional-integration solidarity programme aimed at young people in Overseas France, in partnership with the Adapted Military Service Regiment (RSMA), the Ecole de la Deuxième Chance (Second Chance School) and various training bodies.
