Martinique Automobiles, a subsidiary of GBH, launched in late 2014 a tailor-made vocational training programme in partnership with Pôle emploi and Opcalia.
This initiative was designed to contribute to the professional reintegration in the automobile sector of young Martiniquan job seekers who have been unemployed for over a year. The educational programme takes place at the MA/Academy, the Martinique Automobiles training centre. Two training sessions were organised in 2014 and 2015. All trainees graduated and were recruited either by car dealers, including Martinique Automobiles, or garages.
