The 8th edition of the Student Career Forum, initiated by the University of French Antilles and GBH, was held on Wednesday 26 September 2018 at the Schœlcher Campus. This initiative aims to facilitate experience and skills sharing between company managers and students for improved professional integration. 

The Fondation Clément has joined forces with the Dapper Foundation to welcome the exceptional creativity of artists who, past and present, demonstrate the wealth of a pluralist Africa. Neither Martinique, nor indeed the Caribbean more widely, have hosted an event of this type and scale before.

SCIE Distribution, a subsidiary of GBH that groups together Géant Casino and Leader Price, has signed a co-operation charter with the Federation of Industries of New Caledonia (FINC), which brings together local producers from the food and convenience goods industries. This charter aims to encourage long-term competitiveness between local companies, boost employment and encourage constructive dialogue between local producers and SCIE. All parties involved undertake to improve the positioning of local products on shelf displays, strive to develop their signage techniques and support them commercially.
