Agreement signed for the "GBH-Réunion Island Département Career Springboard" programme
for the training and integration of young people
GBH and the Département Council will now work together to reduce these inequalities and help young people in Réunion Island to succeed.
GBH is stepping up its efforts to provide support to young people in Réunion Island who are struggling to find a job with their career path.
GBH and the Département Council will now work together to reduce these inequalities and help young people in Réunion Island to succeed. This partnership will involve company visits, immersion traineeships, job preparation workshops and e-reputation awareness workshops.
This "GBH Career Springboard" work-study programme (known as the “Tremplin Pour l’Emploi GBH“ locally) has already been rolled out in Réunion Island and French Guiana with the Ecole de la Deuxième Chance (Second Chance School) in the mass-retail sector and in Martinique for motor-vehicle professions with the Adapted Military Service Regiment (RSMA).
