Press release: GBH’s consolidated accounts

GBH

GBH makes a statement about the Group’s consolidated accounts.

Our Group has filed and published its consolidated accounts at the Fort-de-France office for the last five financial years, i.e. from 2019 to 2023. It will now do so every year. These accounts include all of the activities and profits/losses of GBH's subsidiaries in its 19 territories, internationally, in Mainland France and in Overseas France. 

This press release aims to comment on the main figures in the spirit of transparency.

Our group

Founded in 1960, GBH developed in the France's overseas departments before expanding internationally. The growth of GBH, a Martiniquan family group, was first built on industrial activities in the food, building material, and tyre retreading sectors. Today, the Group has expanded to include two further business areas automobile distribution and mass retail.
